I just couldn’t get moving yesterday!

Just when I felt like I was starting to get back in  shape, I’ve had a few set backs.  1st, I’ve bounced back 5 lbs (but that’s another blog post.)  Secondly, I haven’t been able to get moving lately.  Yesterday, I couldn’t event do 20 minutes of my favorite Sat. A.M. Cardio Kick box class.  I have no idea why, but I’m just feeling lumpy and gross.  I’m also starting to feel fat again.  Funny how 5 lbs is doing that to me.

I’d like to nip this in the bud, so I’m looking into possible causes.  I stopped taking the phen (speed.)  My BP was just too high and I’ve been taking it longer than a year when the norm is 2 – 3 months.  I also lost my fitbit (found it!) so I haven’t had any rigor around 10k steps a day.  I’m working out again at 11am and hope to kick this workout in the butt!!
