This is What I ate Today – Friday, January 25th

I’ve been having a little trouble tracking what I eat.  I’ll track a few things then stop.  I keep saying I want to kick it up a notch, but I haven’t been acting like it.  So as my phase of Heather Frey’s Change Challenge she’s leading for Ricki Lake, I’m going to post my daily food tracking on my blog.  I’m going to be totally honest.  My goal is to eat a little better, but not implement any drastic change (like cutting out sugar – that’s just cray cray)  The plan is to have a nutritionist friend take a look and make recommendations on how I should change my eating habits.

What I Just Need to Stop Eating

I have high blood pressure, a low thyroid, wicked heart burn and over the top ADD so I’ve been researching what I should be and shouldn’t be eating.  Fairly consistently across the board is cutting out sugar.  Tomatoes and spinach (two of my favorites) need to go too.  There’s a whole long list that made me get dizzy looking at, so for now, I just track what I’m eating and we’ll go from there.
