Wednesday Weigh-in August 15th 2012

Well I’m back to the 20lb lost mark, which is a good thing, so I’m pretty comfortable at maintaining and have a pretty good handle on eating (the days I take the phen.  I’ve just realized that I have about 6more weeks before the fall sets in, but since I’ve joined a health club, I don’t see that changing things too much till the dead of winter when I only want to hunker down at home in the am.  Signing off now so I can get up bright and early for a am jog!
