Weekly Weigh-in – 2012 Week 2

Well, I’m back on the right track and have taking some really big steps this week. The tracking was slow at first, but I’ve gotten into a good groove.  I took a tip from back when I did weight watchers and started counting calories in the evening — sooo since dinner is usually my biggest meal of the day and I’m a night nibbler, I start counting my calories at 6pm and then start fresh at 6pm the next day.   I’m still going to curb the late night eating and will stop eating anything heavy around 7pm.  It’s also been great getting the unhealthy food out of my house and replacing it with more healthy options.
